They are available in a variety of colours to meet the colour coordination that you are looking for on your home. We install all our roofs with a minimum of 5 nails per shingle to provide you with superior mechanical bond until the shingle adhesive bonds. High wind areas will receive 6 nails to provide the full High Wind Resistance Limited Warranty.
All roof pitches 6/12 and under receive synthetic underlayment on complete roof surfaces as per the manufacturer’s recommendations. Optional Storm Tamer Ice and Water Shield at eavestroughs and Synthetic underlayment on roof pitches over 6/12 is always provided as an option for improved water management.
